Makaveli was following me wherever I go instep, and blocking me from loading whole the time. We told him to move a little bit further, but he didn't want to listen to us. We explained to him how it works but still nothing. If I loaded, he would come to me in 1 sec and jail me or even if I make it at unload, still, he would jail me. He shouldn't be that close, blocking me and waiting.

Cops can camp around you if they know you are going steal (you appear bright yellow when you do /w), in some of your images you can be seen robbing houses however I'll send him an admin message stating not to stick to close to suspects to give them chance to rob and run away.
