Proof:
Today he told in chat that his Road Train is for sale with 11 KM. I  asked the price, he told 700K. I said okay and went to Sandus Garage, but found no Road Train. I ask him then he told that it's parked somewhere, and told me to send 700K to him.. this was my first time so i didn't had any idea...

I  sent him 700K.. then he putted his RT for sale, and when I went near his RT, it says 350K sale price, and that means I need to pay 350K more, to buy RT?  So 750k + 350k = $1million 50k...

He then said to me to put my RT at sale, but not more than 300K price, i don't get this.. before I could say he exit from the server. In all ways I think he will gain all profit...
Also when I went to sell my RT, it showed maximum value is 350k... so something must be done.

I pay 700K, i pay 350k, he pay 300k (if i sell @ 300k), i lost 50k and earn nothing, while if i sell to server, i get 280K.. so he planned to buy my RT from my money.. 

Haven't sold my RT yet as he is not online, but my 700K is in his account,  so I want i back, as after i paid, then he putted for sale, not before that.

Problem solved.
He gave my $700K back in-game.  Admins can now remove or lock this report.
