you can change the object IDs of 3335, 3336, 9185 with text and it will show up if you use MTA, not sure about samp con.
instead of Object ID 3335 would be "text:[text here]"

You could lower those barriers into the ground, conect them nicely and put some fences on top. just my suggestion.
