This is not a formulating complain.
However, doing police job need to use
Police vehicles only.
I was chased by this gentlemen using a Shamal
until he understood where my unload was located to jump from Shamal to Police car
upon El Quebrabos Police Station.
Then: a basic reminder is maybe needed.
