I found another one which is better than these 2 on terms for around 49k INR (Thanks to CT website's ads ), its Acer Aspire V5-573G

I did some research and found that this GPU is able to run GTA V on Midium settings around 70 fps which is pretty good I guess.
I hope it'll be available at local dealer or else I'll order it from the same site as I can't find it on some other at same price!

After reading a lods of Site reviews and customer reviews I'm now more confident about buying this laptop.
Apart from this it has an SDD slot

Its good enough as I'd be using my other Monitor xD.
