it can get annoying to log in just to change your rank... so i propose to be able to do it via forum  :D

I think you mean website. Forum has no links to the server xD Except the signature stats.

Anyway, meh, neutral on this. I have no pros or cons to give it. Another feature, why not anyway.

if your samp is down or if your gta cant start for some reason, this could be a perfect adjustment to it

Some things are people being lazy, such as abbreviated commands (was suggested to add more) but I actually wouldn't mind seeing more of the /settings pane on ct.net

Why would you need to change your rank or welcome message if samp is down or your game is not working...People wont be able to see the difference as they wont be able to see it.

Sorry but i still think its not needed.
Could be done if players support this..
