So.... Hi always follows me.
If I don't pay the ticket he'll stick to me untill I become wanted. And it shows too that even after I pay he still awaits for me. This things don't happened only today, but always.
And another thing I was out of my truck for some time and he waited for me untill I jumped it, just to weigh me and fine me.

It says approach, not ram and mess up their experience. It says nothing about following them afterwards until they pay.
He is a known player to stick by people until they pay, he isnt the only person to do this.
I locked the previous report, so another admin can finalise.

Police are allowed to follow you until you pay fines. They dont have to go away immediately.

They can follow until you pay, nothing wrong with it
