"Transfer money"

I think there should not be anymore option "transfer money". There is 1 example : I'm playing CT 2years, and collecting all my money for house more than 5-6 slots. And when house like that come to sale, some "King of the road", who is playing CT less than 6months, loan money from some rich guy on server, and buy that house for which I was prepared to buy it. For me, this is not fair on server, cause all my work for that 2 years be destroyed beacuse of one "trucker of the year, king of road etc...". So tell me your opinion ?
