Your opinion on why the England Squad did bad?

Hello guys. Just decided to start a topic about euro 2012 and WHY you think the England squad did so poor considering by ranking they are supposed to be in the top 5 in the world. Not trying to single out the english, i'm partly english myself by ancestry, but it amazes me how a team with such high individual talent can do so poorly as a group. Do you think it's the players that wont co-operate with each other? Or the Coaching staff? Something different? Post your thoughts below!
