Base or Truck Park

I dunno if it was suggested before. I drove today in LS and saw this nice parking. I thought that here could be a Truck Park or a Little base:

Nah. That wont be added. It observitory. Its one of the land marks "if you will" of san andreas. Anyway there arnt going to be any new bases so...

I believe its a truck park because I met Josh several times and he had his petrol parked up there, and the club bases are done as of last update (mapping wise) I dont think there will be more road works added either))
