What actually was happening:
I was cop chasing fernando he climbed mount chillad and he rolled down and went into the water in whetstone so i hurried went down to arrest him. After i arrested him he did /bailout so i did /kill and went to union latinA to get mack.mex nrg incase if fernando would try to get wanted again when i did /kill something happened with server and i was froze then server just kicked rey.$ fernando and I. I tried to log in back and it said i was banned for warp. I have never used any kind of hacks before and never will. so it must have been an accident
