Alright guys, so my mom wants to buy my sister a laptop for christmas but she has no clue what to get and I'm not knowledgeable enough to find one myself xD

She wants a prebuilt one (yea I know its more expensive but she wants easy, money is not a problem) something around $1000 CAD, that can play games like minecraft and such smoothly, homework, simple but decent. and I would need to be able to buy it in town, not enough time to order online so I'd have to take the pcs you suggest and see if they're available in town

So whenever I go fullscreen in ANY game my mouse cursor disappears, when I play my browser fps and I ads with rmb it does right click and goes out of fullscreen, any ideas on how to fix this? it started happening I think when I got my gta to work or when I got my screen replaced

Ok so as you might know, my laptop isn't the best for gaming, I've looked at ones that are built already for over $1000, but I heard you can custom build your own for under $700. Whats your guy's opinions and suggestions? where should I start looking?

So I was thinking to add a bit of realism, for those of us that know diesels, if they run out of fuel they lose prime, so I was thinking of what if when we run out of fuel in petrol/linerunner/roadtrain we have to regain prime, similar to when the vehicle is in poor condition but you would be getting prime back and not broken down, if this gets interest I'll think up exactly how I would imagine it (actions/animations, inside/outside of truck/item(s) bought from store)

Well I saw this posted by someone in one of the recent topics but I felt like making it a genuine suggestion. Using the elevator script we can put slots on multiple floors of the building, let them be 4-5 slots each, but with 0m parking range. The top floor could be a penthouse with a helipad as well. When you want to enter your house you just have te regular menu from the icon at the elevator, if you wanted to to go a friends house you could do /enter 3 [password], 3 being the 3rd floor, this could be done with many skyscrapers around the cities. And the /enter [floor] would be so that in the case that 2 people in the same building have the same password, it doesn't mess up the script.

That is my idea, do with it what you wish

So the title says it all, because I see that /q to avoid your securicar being hijacked is warnable, why is /q to avoid arrest not?

I think that after 30 days of not being posted in a topic should be auto-locked, to prevent bumps but admins can still lock the posts if they want, and players can lock their own topics at any time.  But after the 30 days only admins can unlock topics, and then I assume admins will lock it again so there would be no need to auto lock after another 30 days.

If a player has a question about a mod and it's a locked topic they can PM the player about it

Ok, so my brother was playing  videosgames on our PS3 today and it all of a sudden stopped on him. When it stopped, the light first blinked yellow then it started flashing red until the power button was pressed, at that time it went solid red into standby.

Ok so since I can't get on servers or anything since my internet at home was removed again, I tried playing SP, but when I go to play all my textures are screwed up, anyone know how to fix this? I would prefer not to uninstall my mods, and I don't want to use the streamfix from GtaGarage because then once I go back to samp I will have to reinstall my game again since it adds files to the registry. Well the title says it really, I want a speedometer mod but one that doesn't run CLEO since my pc doesn't want to run the cleo.asi in samp (Yes I tried Matias' tutorial and didn't work) If anyone can find one that would be great I've searched for some time and couldn't find anything

Ok so I have found an RX-7 mod but for some reason they set it to be for euros.  It has parts but if I created new parts for euros I would get banned for hacked parts obviously. I just need someone to help me find at least ONE file name of a tunepart from the zr-350 so I can rename the files to ones for the zr350. I have been looking forever on numerous pages to find files for it but I can't find any :/

Ok so this isn't an offcial event and I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post, but I was thinking of hiding all my cars throughout carparks in the map and have players go find them, the prize would be 500k for all cars found, participants would have to take a picture and upload it or get it to me in some way after they have found all 12 of my vehicles (might not include my raindance since I can't put it in carparks) and I just wanted your guy's feedback on if this would be an event you would like to see or not

Well the subject really describes it all, I though this would be very helpful to those who have auto park on and /kill or /q while in the vehicle and it gets parked and clamped, if it is obviously parked in a certain place and it is wrong then it will be clamped (clamper's descision if it is parked correctly or not) just a random idea I thought of a few days ago when I had to clamp a few accidentally parked vehicles in the middle of Dumping LTD base. People would save quite a bit from clamping fees.

I'm not sure if anyone is having the same problem as me when installing the iCEnhancer mod where the system memory goes down to 128MB maximum, but I found a file that downgrades GTA SA properly http://www.gamefront.com/files/14758907, I now have the correct amount of system memory (1543MB) still trying to get cleo to work but that's a different story:P

Ok so I got the iCEnhancer and whenever I logged in I would get bugged and textures wouldn't show up, so I had the smart idea to go find another streamfix besides the one I have, and forgetting about past experience whenever a file used Vorbisfilehooked.dll it crashed my game, ok so I input my nocd crack, now it's missing a dll. I get the dll, extract it into my directory and I get this
