Updates on development:
* Players can now buy/rent houses and can buy cars, and can park cars to house parking or public parking
* Improved GPS.

Sometime next month the server will be released, atleast the beta, whatever is built till now, but can't confirm anything right now. We will be able to provide an estimated date soon however.

And yes there will be some sort "Perks" for the existing players, as all that effort in delivering goods should not go to waste

K20 from 2004 honda civic , Spoon intake and exhaust , Small turbo . It pulls about 395hp on front wheels but pluss with the power loss what goes into smoking tyres what is 20hp what goes to shit. lil bit over 400hp civic

K I gotta correct a couple things for you lmao. Either you're full of it or just simply don't know what you're talking about.

1:That is not a k20, that is a GSR lol, what are you smoking?
2.The k20 never came in the 01-05 civics. the top model had a vtec d17 that made like 125hp lol.
3.There is no spoon intake. Thats the OEM GSR intake.
4.I'm starting to think that that's BS lol, I want dyno sheets to prove the power

I'm a Honda fanboy and avid car enthusiast, cars are life. love my civic and doing a ton of work with it this winter, almost done 

I've noticed that even my RT cant reach top speed on some flat mapped ground. its always in the same spots and I usually hit around the same speeds so I know its not mod related.

Cops are allowed to camp if they know suspect is going to make a steal/rob. Basing on what I can see on your screen ("Rob Chauf's house in Hushbary") its safe to assume he knew you were going to rob a house (you appear bright yellow in minimap when you're doing a mission).
Also remember camping =/= idling.

I want to add this:
Camping = Waiting for fined/overweight/wanted people to come nearby.
Idling = When the cop isn't doing anything that could bring him closer to a fined/overweighted/wanted person for about 3-4 minutes.
If there is a mod/admin online you /report him for idling then the mod will check it and sent him a message to do his cop duty.

I could see that your icon was solid yellow therefore you had an active job and I knew you were a thief so I knew you were going to steal a car. Also, camping is considered parking, and I never stopped moving until you became wanted. After you stole the car I moved into the parking garage and waited there as you can see in the video so I was not camping.

Don't compare your situation with the admin to this one, I was not joyriding with a newbie showing him how to play when that should have been done in a different class anyways.

I would play on xbox but the problem is I'm lvl 6 with 200k and no guns, but on pc I'm level 240 with 250m and everything I want, plus I am a modder but I use it to make the game more fun and to defend myself/get rid of annoying hackers. If I regulared xbox gta I'd probably just buy a pre modded account. I did the grind once I dont wanna do it again.

I liked the fun modders...  the ones that get in your car and then you go flying out of control, they were fun...

Exactly, thats what I try to be. I remember one time flying around in the flying yacht and had 3 or so people trying to stay on it while I flew around the map, harder than you think even for a blimp

OpenIV did reverse engineering (it's forbidden) people shouldn't be asking for the OpenIV "unban", they should be asking to Rockstar to upgrade their anti cheat system on GTA Online, hackers ruined this game, every session has one, and everyone loves then when they drop some money to you, so next time someone drops money to you, report him, they ruined this game, and it's their fault to what's going on now...

As a modder this is a bit offensive. I tried every time I played to use my mods in a way that either helped me but didnt bother other players or used them with other players to make the game more fun (custom maps, custom cars, help completing missions etc) and when one of those annoying modders comes in and starts godmode killing everyone or blowing up the lobby I use my mods to get rid of them till either I crash or they leave.

i can use multiplayer mods with a steam copy? or it's not compatible like SA-MP and GTA San Andreas from steam

you can only use gta v from steam (or origin ,if there is.) Anyway, it has to be bought/gifted.

I bought the steam version but play on the retail version, both work just fine as long as its legit
