Hello, many hackers come online recently, pushing good guys in the air and making them banned, also stopping others from playing, since every time we get in a vehicle, we better be ready for /q unless we don't want to be banned. The problem is - if Smokey manage to ban a hacker, it is very likely that he will come back again within seconds, using another fake account and still be a problem to the others, preventing us from playing. :-\ What I suggest is, if it is possible, to directly IP ban everyone who has cheats detected on their account. False banned players always have possibility to appeal from the ban, if a hacker get banned, he won't appeal for sure, so maybe it would help a little to keep these bad guys off the game. Would be also great to know Your opinion on this topic, guys.
It does specific ip ban in most circumstances (been awhile since I was moderator can't remember when it does and doesn't) but you can't just range ban a whole IP on the varitible. Otherwise it'll ban multiple players.

IP as well as account ban is not really effective solution. If you restart your internet router you will have a different IP (in Dynamic IP I guess) or can use a VPN to change your IP, so its kinda not really effective. Range ban can cause many innocent people to get banned so that is also not a good idea as well...
