Hey. How about adding first job of the day? The first job would give 2x (or if too much it could be calculated how much bigger rate for each job) award for the player. The system like in alot other games, haven't seen this in any samp server. The timer would restart on 00:00 or just  24h after the job. This would bring much more players to connect to the server at least for 5mins, which would lead some to stay longer maybe...       OR add this feature for VIPS ,but you would have to donate every month to activate this feature. ( much more donations would come guarantelly, this would lead to server freshness maybe?). Idk, just a quick idea. :)

So someone does a short job at 0:00 and earns 2x4,000 while another player tried to get 2x40,000 from a long one, but couldn't because a first was was already completed. This could only work if there is only one or two players connected. I liked the "hotloads" on other server, where some jobs paid more for 5, 10, 20 deliveries, and those were assigned at a predictable time.

No no, the first job of the day would work for each player, on any time of a day. Ofc it could be better if it would restart after the first job completed right on the next day after 24h. Like you did a artic on 12:46 today and got 2x (or 1.5x) reward, so you will on br able to get the increased reward only the next day on the 12:46 or later.
