Dear Convoy Trucking,

Please help me out. I'm trying to join the server with IGN Jaxx, but upon joining it immediately says I'm banned for no reason.

I have never played this server to my knowledge.

There isn't any account registered with the nickname Jaxx, therefore you should be able to log-in. If not, try to log-in with another nickname.

You're both mods, how have you never heard or seen this kind of message before? It's a PC ban, an admin will need to whitelist you

Still exactly the same message. How is my PC banned when I have never joined the server before?

By the way, no matter what name I choose, it says I'm banned.
