Is this implemented yet? or suggested ? So noobs/newbies can be informed easily about all the rules here in forums and especially in-games without transferring/opening new threads/web pages... The most latest and updated rules... Forum rules, shoutbox rules and game rules and if possible include the help... divide /separate them but it must be in one single thread. :ccmas: hmm how about that? :D
