Title: Need a little help
Post by: Marius on March 08, 2015, 10:17
Hey guys. Some days ago I reinstalled my windows and I kept my gta3.img for the san andreas , and I still have the snow textures in it. I want to remove them withouth deinstalling the game , because I have some other mods in it and I don't have them anymore in pc to reinstall.
I need the original parts from the gta3.img that doesn't contain snows on them.
I would appreciate if someone can help me :D

Just use GGMM or some other modding tool to make backup of your mods and then reinstall your game.
Snow textures will be removed and you can save the backup for future use when you again face something like this. And you can install those mods again from those backups.
Hope I helped you  :like:

Then there only 2 things to do.
Either google normal textures for gta sa
Or
Just install gta somewhere else and see which texture the snow mod replaces and then take those textures from the other installed gta sa and replace them

The snow mod textures are an extremely large amount of textures that would take a damn long time to replace, if you didnt back up your non snow gta3.img then unfortunately you will have to start from scratch with unmodded gta sa. The weather mod will not be in your gta3.img, it will be timecyc files and/or enb files. Wheels mod you need veh_mods.ide as well to make the wheel mod work correctly
