Why i have this number plate at my personal truck? Sometimes it's show me this number plate to all convoy trucking cars :\. Please help.

I have a feeling that's part of a mod.
Its not a SAMP issue. Its a mod issue. Its not getting the vehicles number plate. XYZSR is default plate on cars. Although CT only has this issue in two circumstances, both of which you dont have access to.

Contact the mod creator, or ask a decent modder here if they'll fix it for you.
Thats Nyolcs RT v2 mod right? Its not a mod problem, i use the same mod and my plate works fine.
You said all CT cars? Try another server/singple player, if its till happening, its the numberplate texture that you need to fix.
It has nothing to do with the mod or textures because the characters are there. For me it looks like default samp generated licence plate. Like the server isn't changing it. Maybe because lagg when vehicle spawns or something like this?
Sometimes is the correct number plate, sometimes it isn't. I think it's a problem with lag when i spawn it. Thank you for help !! :like:
