Maybe the PC version can be configured to the xbox360/PS3 graphics with Low settings and then it will run on fairly low PC's too.

Always can poke around the files of the game... If they found out about the limiters set in the code that was in console release.
Cant wait to slap some ENBs with proper filters, HDR, FXAA, All the other fun stuff on to cover up the mistakes left by R*

trust me or not, PS4, XONE and PC in a stock GTA V, I said a 100% game will look the same graphic in 1080p, ofc PC you can mod all kind of graphicals effects, but GTA V looks really nice and smooth in all plataforms (the new gen ofc) and remember, it will run in 60fps and in 1080p, so watch doges is 200% sucks

It will not run 1080p 60fps on console. It'll be some shitty resolution upscaled at 30fps.
It will also not look the same on PC given that they are working a fuck ton longer on it.

maybe Rockstar learned how fix their problem since GTA IV or Max Payne 3, and it's Rockstar and not a shitty EA game (look at The Sims 4, without any patch it can't even open or do a fast travel, and what about BF4? it still bugged)

Honestly i don't expect it to be that good, judging by their past actions, cutting mission payouts, adding stupidly expensive vehicles weapons and clothes. Same old crappy missions, passive mode thats not really passive, glitches they seem to add each patch and a god awful support team.
Heists won't pay that well. I have a feeling they wont.
