Convoy Trucking

Can someone help me ? I have NON steam version, and already installed version 1.8.2.5s with dlc and it's working. I downloaded from official update page patch 1.11.1 and can't install it. Can someone help me ?

Do you have a CD key you can activate on Steam?

If you used uTorrent (on the screenshot) to "get" the game, you can't update it.
