Looks like you're gonna have your balance reset and RP. About time they actually stopped it. Although it only got annoying because the hackers got GTA V for xmas and they wanted to spoil other players fun. Yeah i got rank 200 and 10 mill but it got boring 10 mins later  :-\ had nothing to work for.

That is why cheating is boring.

i will probably be banned, however if i get my RP and money reset wonder if they will reset my garage too, if they do then wonder if i will get my old cars back too.. i used a DNS lobby for my rank (only wanted to get like 100 for car parts) however didnt gain money in the lobby, went into a online game and got a 2 billion dollar bounty so kinda my fault but also not so i dont see how i will be punished or have it fixed :p

nothing... not even from a hacker before this all started

i received like 5 billions, made a ticket to rockstar and they send me that message, they will take my money away in the next update they say
