I believe the livestream will be displayed @ twitch.tv/rootkillerpl. I dont know exactly what time, he simply said "near future." So lets cross our fingers and hope that it's sometime in December. (best Christmas present ever? To those who celebrate it).

ETS2 is a very good game, even without mods. Multiplayer would expand the fun ( that much further )
You cant imagine yourself in a convoy with other people around the world in such an awesome game and not think it'd be fun.

SCS said the problem isn't the multiplayer itself but yes the servers.
A server should have 0% lag to avoid colisions (even small ones because it's a simulator...so you can't crash everytime like in SAMP, even crashes caused by lag).
They need a lot of servers too and opition to customize server, garages, etc.
And the Multiplayer need a lot of things like...more than one company in game since it have a lot of players who want to have an own company. A lot of garages to support companies and repair shops, etc.

that's nice we can change colors and no-lag with a lot of trucks, but we need be able to customize and see others doing it too.
The amount of garages: It could be fixed by allowing some specific like 16 or 24 clients into a single server. And those garages are bound to that server only. Kinda like samp.. OR then something like save the user data to world of trucks profile? (If SCS wants to support the MP idea) Theres ways to do it but ones require more effort than others. User hosted servers may be option.

Did anybody here play pre-0.3 SAMP? There was a huge desyncing issues and lag. That is pre-Alpha while Alpha is really really early test version. Thats even earlier and buggier test version than the early test version

^^ as said million times already that the first releases are always buggy and glitchy. It takes months and usually years to make it smooth with that amount of people who works on it.
Official ETS2 MultiPlayer pre-alpha gameplay (1hr!). It's in polish though. I can translate some of it later if you want me to.

ETS2MP can only be used by those who have it on Steam.
If you have a CD version, you can enter the serial into 'Activate a game on steam' and it will be added to your library as normal.
Demo and torrent versions wont work.

Anyway, Amsterdam, NL was ridiculous yesterday. I dont even over-exaggerate when I say trucks were almost lined up for miles.
Noobs were ramming people at full speed. I was spawning in other trucks, getting flung through the air at 670 km/h. It was funny as hell XD.
It's still a great mod though, I wanna give all my kisses (and BJs?) to RootKiller and the development team. If y'all see this, mwah :D

Is your steam account private? If yes, set it to public and try again.
You also need a legit copy so you need to buy the game if you haven't already.

I had my thing as private, yes, everything is public and now I have it. I also bought the game in December so its 100% legit.. thank you guyz

I had my main account as public, not everything else.. there is like 4-5 things you can make private or public. after I made everything else public, is worked.

This is just one of many bugs, after unload while choosing next load your truck will be in same position without trailer "blocking"

Yes, you can play multiplayer now. But you need original game(legit copy) to play multiplayer..
I wish I had a screen, but first load I did, saw a truck go flying and land within feet of me :D was funny, then raced a guy (Stupid speed limiter) I was winning but it went into a 1 lane road with barricades on either side, I went over he kept going ::)

well I did that before and it wouldnt update, thus I asked
If you use the game on steam it will update automaticaly. Multiplayer should work with the lates few versions of the game, but its still best you use the latest of them all.
Sometimes ETS2 will update before an update is available for ETS2MP, the best you can do is set your game update in properties > Beta.
my steam ETS2 in already setup for updates and is in beta.. the ETS2MP doesnt do auto updates, so I would have to check everytime I try MP
