in one of the missions in GTA V You can see Cj with Ryder cycling on bikes. ( but i don't know which mission is that :/ )

its the only one with chop and lamar, chasing a ballas dude

No, Chop and Lamar don't go to Grove ST. They let the guy go at Lamars house, it's the Mission where Lamar, Franklin , Trevor, and Chop go to buy some Cocaine at Grove St (Which is now Ballas' Territory)
