Some of us know, when people next to each other are making a burnout, smoke develops. This smoke can be laggy sometimes, espacially when it becomes a big pile of smoke.
However, you can fix this lagg by deleting the smoke:
1. Download this file: http://www.mediafire.com/?7u8y2wm1ue7bxaj (http://www.mediafire.com/?7u8y2wm1ue7bxaj)
2. Put the file in X:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\models - (X = where you installed it), it will say 'overwrite?', click 'yes'.
3. Test it in-game, if the smoke is gone, you won't have the smoke lagg.
