How to improve graphics on konali-style: 10 tequila sunrise, 5 drop shots, and alot of beer: result: you will not care how the grapics are:) everything looks sooo great:)

Try ENB ( ask racer ) Imrove VIDEO card: update drivers, choose the best resolutions/settings for your PC specs.
enb, timecyc, srt3, particle.txd mod, effectsPC.txd mod, effects.xfp mod, generic folder content mods (Vehicle.txd, wheel.txd ect), Rim mods (must be activated by editing veh_mods.ide), colormod. Fuck, Maybe when i finish my roadtrain mod if you hit me up on skype ill give you my whole game. You'll shit yourself on amazingness.

all of those. Besides srt3, that is a semi dangerious mod. You need a really good computer for it. My computer cant handle the full package.. i had to seperate files.
No mod is dangerous unless it is wrongfully made or you don't know how to install mods correctly. I have hundreds of mods, mostly skin mods, and I have yet to mess up my GTA SA.
Coming from someone who makes mods they can be harmful. SRT3 is a txd mod and it brings your gta3.img to about 3.5gb wch means you cannot extract any files anymore. Once you get over 2gb you mostly can't extract files. Qand while you're ingame you get a glitch called, 'texture drop' even with streamfix, and all that shit.
