[release] Towtruck modification by nyolc8

[nyolc8]

So here is my towtruck modified version:

- totally reshaped chassic
- added many details (all ownmade as always)
- modified the towarm position and angle
- own-made wheels (as always)
- colorizable (primary color is chassic, secondary color is the line on the side)

(zip contains two version: one for texturehacked exe, and one regular with txd /for chrome/ attached)

Note: I recommend to use it with hydraulics because without hydraulics, the front wheels (angle of them) looks bad. /this bug is present with original towtruck too/

High? You mean the suspension? I made it from many towtruck photos, and many of them have this high suspension.

Nice work! The only thing I dont like is the dirt on the side (yes I know its a towtruck and its meant to get dirty). I like my vehicles clean

As I know, you only get dirt in samp if you using texturehacked exe, and then all vehicles are dirty. So if you don't want dirt, then why using texturehacked exe?
