I'm not sure if anyone is having the same problem as me when installing the iCEnhancer mod where the system memory goes down to 128MB maximum, but I found a file that downgrades GTA SA properly http://www.gamefront.com/files/14758907, I now have the correct amount of system memory (1543MB) still trying to get cleo to work but that's a different story:P

I got a cleo mod that raised my memory to 512mb instead of 128mb. Never had problems :P

this is for those people that are having the same problem as me:P and the patch doesn't work as a separate exe, it just works, no installation needed

if I could figure out the steps I installed my cleo, previously, I have one that raises memory to 2048
