You havent posted all the vehicles therefore you cannot be taken to court and no action can be taken on you.. HOWEVER if you have downloaded content that is copywrited to Rockstar that has been uploaded using multiple uploading sites only then do you face a 10k fine or even a prision sentence... I study law :P

Lindsey, even mods are copy writted and illegal to download.

Technically, SA-MP is copywrite and illegal to download. Downgrading your game to v1 is illegal. Any edits made to the game are illegal. Even though the handling.cfg says edit at your own risk inside, its still illegal.
playing since 2010, moderator for over a year demoted for being an ass to an asshole then banned for speed hack then returned for awhile then dipped out
